* if you have a preference for the gender of your therapist, please state it when you book your appointment.
* Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received by 12:00 pm. or the day before the appoinment.
* Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. To allow stress-free check-in, changing, a shower and a little pre-treatment decompression time. We like you to feel relaxed while you become acquainted with our facilities and staff. While we will do our best to accomodate late arrivals, late arrivals may forfeit some or all of the scheduled treatment(s).
* Cell phones: We ask you to kindly turn off your phone or if this is not possible set it to vibrate so as not to disturb the other clients.
* Payment options: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and cash. Markus reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notificacion to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality met. If you have any questions please ask your reservationist when you book your appointment. Pay before receiving spa services for our mutual convenience.
* You may opt to leave gratuities for shoulders well rubbed, skin well scrubbed, and...well, you get the idea. The recommended range is between 10 to 20 % of the price of the service provided, but the amount is left up to your discretion. Gratuities can be paid in cash only.
* We provide everything you need to feel comfortable and relaxed in our spa; lockers, bath robes, towels, disposable underwear, flip flops, Weleda shampoo & conditioner, body lotion, among other amenities. Juice, water, teas and fruits is also included.
* Our staff will offer a guide tour through our spa.
